The DDI Strategy & Governance department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support various initiatives within the department. This position provides a valuable chance for students to acquire practical experience in IT portfolio management, portfolio tools, and administrative tasks. Reporting to DDI Manager Casper Boysen, you will collaborate closely with the DDI leadership team to define and develop the DDI portfolio. Your work will involve partnering with a diverse group of leaders and experts from various sectors within DDI and GN, contributing to the enhancement of both our portfolio and GN's broader portfolio.

As a part of the Digital, Data, and IT (DDI) department at GN, you will work in a constantly changing world, and in DDI Strategy & Governance, we seek to ensure that DDI and GN are constantly equipped to manage and thrive in changing environments. Through this position you will gain practical experience in IT portfolio management and project coordination while enjoying flexible work hours that accommodate your academic schedule. This position also offers a valuable opportunity to network with professionals in the IT field.

Your responsibilities within our team include:

  • Assist in the management and tracking of IT projects within the portfolio.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, status reports, preparation of presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Help maintain portfolio management tools and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in the continuous communication of the portfolio performance and process.

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Posse’s proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Can work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have a motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
