Student worker Support & CRM
As our current Student worker is finishing her studies, we are currently looking for a skilled and motivated candidate for our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team. We seek an academically business-oriented person that has a good understanding for IT and a caring, supporting nature.
As a student worker, you will have specific responsibilities and experience ad-hoc tasks and you will be given a lot of responsibility to drive project self-responsibly. You will be supporting our Product Owners in keeping our core sales & service systems up to date.

In this role, you will support key activities that ensure successful adoption of change initiatives across our organization. Your main responsibilities include:
- Bringing structure and follow-up to ongoing change management activities
- Organizing and leading weekly meetings focused on e-learning materials and updates
- Creating and executing project communications in line with the defined communication plan
- Editing and maintaining SharePoint content
- Participating in weekly international change management meetings
- Participating in monthly Change Management Squad meetings
- Supporting the team with various coordination and communication tasks

We imagine that you:
- Has strong communicative and analytical skills.
- Have to be enrolled in a study programme since this is a student job
- Have to be available between 15-20 hours per week; however, this can be balanced over longer time periods.
- Currently studying an academic degree (Business Administration, Marketing or IT) with at least 1,5 years’ time left in your studies
- Previous experience from other relevant employers with project or consultancy work would be an advantage
- You speak English fluently.

We are spread on several locations but primarily working out of our Copenhagen office and represent an innovative center of business intelligence, product ownership of digital applications and project management.
