Student Data Analyst for Sales & Promotion

Everllence in Copenhagen is looking for a high performing and motivated Student Data Analyst to join our Sales & Promotion team of Two-Stroke engines in the Marine Industry.

We are looking for a global thinker whose worldview is based on understanding and handling of data. You’re structured in how you gather and interpret information, and skilled at communicating insights clearly.

You will play an important role in:

• Working with data cleaning, data modeling, data quality, and possible automation
• Managing and maintaining the data pipelines between the CRM system and other data sources
• Developing clear, visually appealing PowerBI reports and apps
• Managing Excel templates integrated with SAP to support the sales contract process
• Documenting the processes
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide users support, and follow up
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks in general

We imagine that you

You are currently in the first year of your master’s degree within a data-related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar. You are a motivated learner and a collaborative team player. You are expected to work between 2-3 days a week while we offer flexible working hours, especially in periods of exams and projects.

Moreover, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience with Python/R, and SQL
• Knowledge in data visualization: Power BI or other BI tools
• Understanding of ETL procedures (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced), and Microsoft Office in general

Furthermore, it will be seen as an advantage if the candidate demonstrates:

• Understanding of APIs
• Familiarity with VBA

The department refers to the local manager of sales & promotion, Denmark and consists of 20 employees and 2 students.
