As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and banking. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors, translating customer needs into smart IT solutions and learning the ins and outs of financial tech. If you’re curious, data-driven, and eager to grow, this is the place for you.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Understand and map customer journeys to improve banking experiences
- Gather, analyze, and communicate requirements to our developer teams
- Deep dive into IT systems to understand architecture and functionality
- Support projects focused on compliance, data quality, or transformation
- Collaborate in agile teams and build strong networks across Denmark and Poland
To succeed you will have:
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a master’s in IT, finance, business, data science, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of work experience
- Curiosity about fintech, complex IT systems, and building reliable solutions
- Strong communication skills – comfortable talking with both customers and tech experts
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
