About Us

BW Epic Kosan owns and operates a fleet of 51 modern and high quality fully pressurised, semi-refrigerated and ethylene capable gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquified petroleum gas (LPG), petrochemicals and other speciality gases. We are headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Copenhagen, Manila and Tokyo. Our vessels serve as a crucial link in the international gas supply chains of leading oil majors and commodity trading houses throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, West Africa and the Americas. We employ approximately 2000 seafarers and a multi-national team of 200 shore-based staff.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the support of end-user's hard- and software as well as of corporate information systems. You will also contribute to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users. You will assist the global IT team in developing, implementing, and supporting the company's technology platforms to meet company targets.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in IT with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in troubleshooting and supporting computer applications, operating systems, and LAN; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities and skills to handle following Key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure & Systems Administration: Administer Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, SQL, email systems, and core business applications.
• Application Administration: Manage email systems, Oversee upgrades/patching/configuration, Perform audit reporting, user access reviews & security controls, Manage invoice workflow and approval templates
• Support & Incident Management: Provide Tier 1 & 2 support and prioritize issues, Deliver 24/7/365 support, Perform RCA, incident resolution, Problem management, Maintain asset inventory and onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure monitoring, backups, and DR readiness, Maintain endpoint protection, DNS filtering, MFA, governance, Support IT audits and ISO compliance.
• Data Management & Disaster Recovery: Manage data protection, datacenter performance, and DR planning/testing.
• Project & Vendor Management: Lead IT projects, system upgrades, cloud adoption, and vendor/SLA management.
