Product Manager, AI & Shared Cap­ab­il­it­ies

Drive the roadmap for scalable AI and shared platform capabilities across products in a SaaS company.

As AI capabilities become increasingly important across our product portfolio, we are establishing a new strategic Product Management role focused on shared AI, data, and platform capabilities. You will own the roadmap for cross-product AI and shared capabilities, enabling teams to build scalable, consistent, and AI-powered customer experiences across our payroll, HR, and workforce management solutions. Working closely with Product Managers, engineering, data, and architecture, you will turn strategic opportunities into prioritized initiatives, ensuring AI initiatives move beyond experimentation into scalable solutions that create customer value across products.

Your responsibilities

You will drive the AI and shared capabilities agenda by defining priorities, owning the roadmap for shared capabilities, and aligning across teams.

Here is a non-conclusive list of tasks in the role:

• Define and drive the roadmap for shared AI, data, and platform capabilities across products
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that improve customer workflows, automation, and decision support
• Own and maintain the backlog for shared capabilities and AI-powered platform features
• Coordinate initiatives, delivery plans and priorities across products and teams
• Build business cases and success measures for strategic AI and platform initiatives
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and practical to implement
• Support adoption of new capabilities across products and teams

Our humble expectations

Given the responsibilities mentioned above, we expect people with the following traits, skills, and experience to be successful in this role:

• Experience working with AI and data-driven product development in a SaaS or technology environment
• +5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, platform services, and data flows
• Experience driving adoption of new capabilities and ways of working across teams is considered an advantage
