Senior Developer Experience Engineer

Empowering Developers | Building the Future of Engineering Excellence

Do you want to shape the way developers build, test, and deliver software across a global organization? Are you passionate about automation, tooling, and creating seamless developer experiences? Would faster time to market, developer happiness and reduced friction motivate you? Then this opportunity is for you!

You lead from the trenches and act as a multiplier - enabling others to do their best work by improving the tools, processes, and environments they rely on every day.

I often hear from developers that ‘development is slow,’ ‘pipelines are failing,’ or ‘we can’t deploy efficiently.’ But when I ask which tangible problem we can fix, I rarely get a clear answer or the suggested solution is not aligned with other teams. That’s where you come in. You find the root causes, fix them - or lead the projects that will - so our developers can work faster, better, with higher quality, deliver more business value, and be happier while doing it.
