Student Assistant for Primeserv Academy

You will play an important role in:
Supporting the daily tasks at the PrimeServ Academy administration, where you will have some fixed responsibilities but also have various ad hoc tasks when the need arises.
You will:
- Respond to inquiries from customers and Everllence employees regarding course booking, payment, registration, visa requirements, certification, etc.
- Register course participants for Academy training in the course booking IT system
- Participate in monthly department and admin meetings
- Contributing to the improvement of our processes
We imagine that you:
We imagine that you are enrolled in a higher education and expect that you can work min. 2 full days a week. We offer flexible working hours, including during exam periods where your study requires it.
You possess good English communication and writing skills, focusing on delivering quality work and have a structured and independent approach to your tasks.
We expect that you participate in the daily routines and contribute to a great work environment and you share your thoughts, knowledge and experience wherever you find it relevant.
