About the position

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding customer needs and translating them into digital solutions. You will play a key role in developing user journeys and work closely with our Product Owners and development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.

You will also identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, document business requirements. Effective communication skills are crucial for translating complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We work in an agile setup, which means we prioritize collaboration, flexibility, and iterative development. Using agile methodologies allows us to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and deliver timely and effective solutions.

Additionally, the role involves helping and guiding our member banks through a successful implementation of our innovative solutions and gathering feedback to ensure they maximize the benefits of new technologies and processes.

Primary task and responsibilities :

• Analysing and understanding customer needs to define requirements for digital solutions
• Developing and documenting user journeys and process flows
• Collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet expectations
• Helping and guiding our member banks through a successful implementation
• Contributing to ongoing innovation and improvement of our products and processes

To succeed you will have:

• Experience in the banking industry, such as a former bank advisor or previous experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong interest and passion for digital user journeys
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a broad perspective
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain overview in complex situations
• Curious and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high engagement and focus on well-being and collaboration
• Fluent English (as it is the language we use across the organization when collaborating with colleagues in Poland) and fluent Danish (due to our customers, who are Danish banks).
