Technical Business Analyst for Pension
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our Pension Team where you will be working with a wide range of Pension product development. The team is committed to delivering high quality financial solutions for our clients, enabling them to make quality decisions and stay compliant.
This position offers the opportunity to interact with Danish customers in order to define their needs. Additionally, the team interacts with a lot of other teams in BEC, and you will have stakeholders both internally and externally. It is your responsibility to facilitate the dialogue with all the stakeholders in a professional way.
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Debug and develop Pension Solutions
- Analyze data and code to locate potential issues and solve customer problems
- Engage with Product Owner and customers to understand needs and deliver service-minded solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze business challenges, define actionable solutions, and translate regulations into development tasks.
- Document procedures, create user guides, and facilitate effective communication for banks and stakeholders and document decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and align on priorities.
- Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, self-driven mindset and work effectively across teams and levels.
- Fluent in Danish and English; able to produce high-quality written and spoken communication.
- Familiarity with Agile Methods and ability to break down features into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure solutions are well tested.
To succeed you will have:
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and identify actionable solutions.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of customer needs, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Understanding: Familiarity with both functional and non-functional requirements, and how they translate into system behavior.
- Documentation & Specification: Skilled in writing business procedures, user guides, and requirement specifications and documenting decisions made.
- Personal Attributes: Curiosity & Proactivity, ability to work together with cross functional teams
